Acknowledgement of Country

Kurilpa is an Aboriginal word meaning place of the fawn-footed melomys or native water rat, the kuril. Resilient Kurilpa acknowledges the resilience and sovereignty of the Jagera and Turrbal peoples, their custodianship and connection to Country including the meandering Maiwar river. We pay respects to Elders past and present.
